After reading this great article by Marc Andreessen, I’m starting to think I’m a little crazy to do the startup thing once again… but it’s so much fun to be cooking amazing stuff!

Joel claims that the new Apple’s Safari for Windows takes 57 seconds to load on his new 2.33GHz Core-2-Duo laptop.

I couldn’t believe it. I fired up XP under Parallels on my Mac to give it a shot.

For the record, my Mac is a 2.16GHz Core-2-Duo MacBook Pro and I only assign 256 megs to Windows.

Safari for Windows started in under 3 seconds. How do you explain that it starts 30 times faster on my virtualized XP?

Joel’s machine’s must be ridden with viruses or something! Time to get a Mac, Joel!
