		<description>Not to bash on Apple or your happiness but I had the &quot;joy&quot; of taking care of Apple xservers a long time ago and let me tell you that their enterprise support wasn&#039;t up to par with their consumer support. We were faced with weird bugs and it took literally months to receive fixes.

I hope they fixed that because it gave me a mixture of frustration, doubt and despair over Apple. At least on the enterprise-side of things. Don&#039;t mess with your early adopters, that&#039;s a bad idea. 

Then again, they probably hire highly enthusiastic people to handle consumer products versus geeks with no feelings for enterprise support :)</description>
